Carly J. LaCrosse

Attorney Carly J. LaCrosse brings an empathetic, personal, and detail-oriented approach to litigation. Her experience working as a pharmacy technician at one of the few remaining independent pharmacies in New England makes her uniquely qualified to handle the wide variety of complex personal injury and medical malpractice cases the firm litigates. After graduating cum laude from University of Massachusetts School of Law in 2018, she became a member of the Massachusetts bar in November of 2019 and is now an associate at the Nebenzahl Law Group.

Attorney LaCrosse has a background in and passion for human rights. She began focusing on human rights issues as part of her undergraduate study at Colby-Sawyer College where she earned a B.A. in history with a minor in philosophy. Her capstone research project focused on the use of international criminal tribunals and their effectiveness in providing justice for violations of human rights. She continued to study human rights issues throughout law school and was selected to be the first student at UMass Law to participate in a study abroad program with the University of Limerick in Limerick, Ireland where she spent the fall of 2017. This extraordinary opportunity allowed Carly to study the development of human rights in Europe, as shaped by the European Convention on Human Rights and the European Court of Human rights. She also studied medical law and ethics at the University of Limerick, which broadened her perspective on a variety of medical, legal, and ethical issues.

Carly is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. She is also an avid tennis player and former rugby player.
